General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the BEAUX Swimwear website.
By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them without reservation.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are swimwear and accessories.
Photographs and descriptions are presented with the greatest care possible. Slight color differences may exist depending on the screens used.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
BEAUX Swimwear benefits from the VAT exemption scheme.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
4. Order
Any order is considered final after payment confirmation.
BEAUX Swimwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud or a prior dispute.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured via the providers offered on the website.
No banking data is retained by BEAUX Swimwear.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination.
BEAUX Swimwear cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- with all original labels;
- in their original packaging;
- with the hygienic protection intact.
Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to BEAUX Swimwear.
8. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the refund will be issued via the payment method used at the time of the order, within a maximum of 14 days.
The initial shipping costs are only refunded in cases provided by law.
9. Defective Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect or was received damaged, the customer must contact BEAUX Swimwear within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs to the following address:
After verification, an exchange or refund may be offered.
10. Legal Warranties
The products sold benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code as well as Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
11. Product Care
To preserve the quality of the swimwear, it is recommended:
- rinse with clean water after each use;
- hand wash only;
- air dry;
- do not tumble dry;
- avoid prolonged contact with abrasive surfaces.
BEAUX Swimwear cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper care.
12. Liability
BEAUX Swimwear cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products sold.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the website (photographs, videos, logo, visual identity, texts, graphics, and creations) are the exclusive property of BEAUX Swimwear.
Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.
14. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
15. Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
